Heidi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Idaho, Delaware, Utah and Washington State. She has extensive training in trauma and sexual health. She is trained in Attachment Focused EMDR, Brainspotting and IFS.

Heidi uses a wholistic approach and specializes in working with individuals, couples and families who struggle with a wide variety of mental and behavioral health concerns. Heidi provides counseling and specializes in treating relational trauma, performance anxiety and first responders as well as those experiencing symptoms of trauma due to impactful life events.

Heidi has been working with individuals in some capacity for over 30 years including as a coach, mentor and teacher.

Outside of the office, Heidi likes to stay active. She usually wakes early to train for a triathlon. She keeps her camera within reach to snap pictures of whatever catches her eye. She also enjoys yoga, hiking and time spent with her five kids.

Heidi stumbled upon her passion for scuba diving in 2021 when she was working to conquer her list of fears. To her surprise, she has found scuba to be a very helpful outlet to reduce stress and increase mindfulness. Heidi has found scuba diving to help veterans reconnect with their bodies, nature, and community—and she is excited to support this mission from both a clinical and diving lens. She is thrilled to be a member of Deep Blue Dive Therapy Board.
