Deep Blue Dive Therapy Inc is not employed by, contracted to, or affiliated with the Georgia Aquarium for the purposes of the Raffle program initiated by Deep Blue Dive Therapy Inc.

By participating in this raffle and accepting the prize, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prize Description: The prize consists of one (1) non-member ticket to experience an opportunity to participate in a Dive with Gentle Giants at the Georgia Aquarium. The prize does not include; General Admission NOT included (for more details on ticket prices, visit; https://www.georgiaaquarium.org/tickets/), any travel expenses, parking fees, food, drink, accommodations, or any other expenses not explicitly mentioned herein.

2. Scheduling: The scheduling of the Dive with Gentle Giants is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance with the Georgia Aquarium. Winners are responsible for coordinating the date and time of their dive in accordance with the Georgia Aquarium's policies and procedures.

3. Travel and Accommodations: Winners are solely responsible for any and all expenses associated with travel to and from the Georgia Aquarium, as well as any accommodations required. The prize does not include any travel arrangements or accommodations.

4. Insurance and Liability: Participants in the dive with whale sharks must comply with all safety protocols and guidelines established by the Georgia Aquarium. Winners are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage and assume all risks associated with participation in the dive.

5. Release of Liability: By accepting the prize, winners release Deep Blue Dive Therapy Inc., the Georgia Aquarium, and any other sponsors or organizers of the raffle from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the dive with whale sharks.

6. No Substitution or Transfer: The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other prize. Winners may not transfer their prize to any other individual or entity.

7. Age Restrictions: Participants in the dive with whale sharks must meet all age and health requirements established by the Georgia Aquarium. Winners must comply with these requirements in order to participate in the dive. Must be 12+ to attend with nationally recognized proof of Open Water SCUBA certification and photo ID. Any participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult in the water with them. 1:1 adult/kid ratio for kids 12-14, 1:7 ratio for 15-17 year olds. Parents or court appointed legal guardians must sign the program liability waiver and animal interactive program guidelines for guests under 18.

8. Compliance with Laws: Winners are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing participation in the dive with whale sharks, including but not limited to any restrictions on age, health, and diving certification.

By accepting the prize, winners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this disclaimer. Winners further agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Georgia Aquarium for participation in the dive with whale sharks.
